What to include in an enquiry

The faster we can quote, the more of these we have up front:

  • Product and grade — for example, penetration 60/70, or cutback MC-30
  • Quantity in metric tons, and whether the lot can be split
  • Packing — drummed or bulk, and any drum specification required
  • Discharge port, and whether direct delivery applies there
  • Preferred shipment mode — breakbulk or containerised
  • Required delivery window
  • Any certificate of origin requirement, such as COMESA
